Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and EPICLAB Co., Ltd ("EPICLAB", "we", "us"). They cover epiclab.co and the games and apps we publish (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Who can use the Services

You must be old enough to agree to these Terms where you live. If you're under that age, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you and is responsible for your use of the Services, including any purchases.

Your license

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Services on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Services, or any part of them, except as these Terms allow.

In-app purchases and virtual items

• Some apps let you buy virtual items, such as coins, gems, boosts, ad removal or subscriptions. Apple or Google processes these purchases under their own terms.
• Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money or for anything outside the app, and can't be transferred to other people or to other apps.
• All purchases are final, except where the law or the app store's policy says otherwise. Refunds are handled by Apple orGoogle Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• We may change prices and the virtual items on offer. Virtual items may be lost if you delete the app or change devices without a way to restore them. Where an app offers restore purchases, use it to get back items such as ad removal.

Ads

Our free apps show ads, including ads you can choose to watch for a reward. Ads come from third parties such as Google AdMob, and we're not responsible for the products or websites they promote. OurPrivacy Policy explains how ads use data and how to manage your choices.

Rules of play

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, modified clients or any unauthorized software
• Exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them to us
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer or modify the Services, except where the law allows it
• Interfere with the Services, ads or purchases, or create fake ad clicks or impressions
• Use the Services for anything illegal, harmful or fraudulent

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your access and remove progress or virtual items gained by breaking them.

Our content

The Services, including the games, code, art, characters, music, text, logos and the EPICLAB name, belong to EPICLAB or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't give you any ownership of them.

Feedback

We love hearing ideas. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely, without paying you or giving you credit.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties, such as Apple, Google, Firebase and AdMob, and may link to other websites. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we're not responsible for them.

Updates and availability

We regularly update the Services, which can mean adding, changing or removing features or content. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We may also stop offering an app. If a paid feature you bought is removed, we will act in line with the app store's policy and the law.

Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we need to for legal reasons. The sections that by their nature should survive, such as Our content, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability and Governing law, continue after termination.

Disclaimers

We work hard on our games, but the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that progress will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, EPICLAB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you have a problem, please contact us first atcontact@epiclab.co. Most issues can be sorted out quickly. If we can't resolve a dispute informally, it will be settled by the competent courts of Vietnam. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.

Apple App Store terms

If you download one of our apps from the Apple App Store, you also agree that:

• These Terms are between you and EPICLAB only, not Apple. EPICLAB, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
• Your license to use the app is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• EPICLAB, not Apple, is responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
• EPICLAB, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending and settling any claim that the app infringes someone's intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo, and that you are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and can enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will give you notice in the app or on this site. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the new Terms.
